Laura Ján brings some two decades of expertise in academic and market research, project management, public policy and sustainable development projects. Her success is attributed not only to her direct and insightful approach but also to her profound understanding of people and cultures. Laura Ján's diverse experiences span continents, having lived and conducted research in South America, the United Kingdom, Germany and the Caribbean.

Laura Ján holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Manchester, England. Beyond her role at Müller & Associates Ltd, she actively engages with academia, serving on the teaching staff at the University of St Andrews and the University of the West Indies.

Major Basil Jarrett
Major Basil Jarrett has over 20 years experience in Strategic
Communications, Media Relations and Crisis Communications. He is the architect of several of Jamaica's National Emergency and Crisis Communication plans as the head of Civil Military Cooperation and Media Affairs at the Jamaica Defence Force.
Over the last 12 years, Major Jarrett guided the JDF’s crisis
communications strategy, navigating the Force through incidents,
accidents, emergencies and crises, and in the process, retained and
reinforced its reputation as Jamaica’s most admired and most respected public brand.
Major Jarrett has provided strategic communications guidance and
advice to Senior Military Personnel, Government Officials and
Corporate Executives, and has delivered public affairs and
communication lectures and training to audiences in the US, South
America, UK, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.

Major Jarrett holds an MA in Corporate Communications (Baruch College, City University New York), an MBA in Marketing (Long Island University) and a BA in Mass Communications
(University of the West Indies, Mona).
He also holds certificates in
Information Operations and Public Affairs with the Canadian Military
and Crisis and Emergency Management at Harvard University Extension School.
Mr Eton A.R. Chin
Eton Chin has a wealth of experience in financial management and reporting. Having held key positions at esteemed institutions in Jamaica. In his dynamic career, Eton has assumed pivotal roles such as Vice President Finance/University Treasurer, Financial Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst.
Eton is recognised for his adept involvement in developing automated systems, elevating customer service standards and exhibiting a keen understanding of financial strategy.
Eton's commitment to professional development is evident in his comprehensive educational achievements. After earning an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from the UWI Mona School of Business and Management in 2018, Eton continued to expand his expertise with a Certificate in Business Analysis Fundamentals in 2021, showcasing a dedication to staying at the forefront of industry practices. Eton also holds a Certificate in Forensic Auditing from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica, acquired in 2019.

Dr Alrick Campbell
Alrick Campbell is a distinguished professional with a rich academic background. As a former lecturer at the University of the West Indies (Jamaica) and Carleton University (Canada), he has contributed to shaping the academic landscape. Before academia, Alrick worked at the International Labour Organisation in Geneva, Switzerland, showcasing his international experience.
Currently serving as a Regulatory Data Analyst at the Canada Energy Regulator, Alrick specializes in analysing intricate data and information related to oil and gas pipelines and facilities. His research expertise lies in the intersection of energy, climate change, and environmental impacts. Alrick’s research which focuses on climate-induced environmental impacts and energy sector modelling, policy and regulation, has been published in esteemed, peer-reviewed journals such as Energy Economics, Ocean & Coastal Management, and the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction. In 2019, his publication titled ‘Price and income elasticities of electricity demand: Evidence from Jamaica’, received the Principal’s award for the best research publication in the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of the West Indies. This accolade demonstrates the significance and relevance of his data-driven research contributions.
Alrick has successfully led consultancy projects, including spearheading the University of the West Indies Co-generation Plant Levelised Cost of Energy Analysis study. This study, commissioned by the Office of the Principal, showcases his commitment to impactful research. Additionally, he co-authored the chapter ‘Climate
change and the Jamaican economy’ in the State of the Jamaican Climate (Volume III): Information for Resilience Building report, conducted on behalf of the Planning Institute of Jamaica.
His extensive experience also extends to productivity measurement and analysis, having served as a consultant for the Jamaica Productivity Centre, a unit within the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (Jamaica).
